I just got home after my first visit with Dr. E. He took over the dentistry office of Dr. George in Lancaster. A favorite of mine for many years. I was wondering if I would be just as happy… And after meeting him, and my first exam I knew he would be my dentist for all the years to follow! He’s gentle, kind, considerate, intelligent, and cares about your ongoing treatment. The staff he brought over is also wonderful, along with my regular terrific staff of Dr. George’s, it’s a win!

As a retired veteran, I had the opportunity to be seen a few times a year at well funded dental clinics. This clinic isn’t one of those well funded places with next gen dental equipment. However, this place is run by expert, compassionate professionals, good at their jobs, neat and tidy, who keep the spaces throughout very clean and inviting. The tech is very quick and thorough. I was seen by a confident, knowledgeable dentist (new to the location) who was able to quickly help me understand my situation. I was in and out in less than an hour, met on time as well. I am very happy with this office, and am sure you will be too.

No waiting in the office I went right in to the hygienist. My cleaning was great and gentle. The dentist came in to check my teeth and asked if I was having any problems. He was very gentle. The staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. COVID protocol was being followed and made me feel safe.

All I can say is “WOW!” Regarding this dental practice. I had two back to back visits, and both times I had a pleasant experience. Delia at the front desk is so friendly, courteous and professional. Erin, who cleaned my teeth is knowledgeable and thorough with X-Rays and gave me a great cleaning. And Christy, the doctors assistant, is attentive and helpful in making sure I was comfortable, and an amazing assistant to the doctor. Dr. “E” is experienced, gentle, and does excellent work. He is very detailed with exams and explains everything regarding what is going on with my teeth, providing options for dental work. He is doing veneers for me.
I am from the 50’s decade, and this dental practice tops them all.

I recently went to Lancaster Total Dentistry because my previous dentist retired. Everyone there did a great job. From the time I walked in the door, to when I left, everyone was polite, friendly, and more than helpful. Cindy, who cleaned my teeth, was gentle, nothing she did hurt at all, and we had a great conversation too! I’m glad I went there and I’ll definitely be going back! :-D

What an amazing visit to the dentist! From the front office to the back office, Delia, Donna, Kathi, Mackenzie, Erin, Dr. E Christy, Tiffany...they are ALL amazing. All the girls in in the office are amazing!! Donna, McKenzie were so helpful and friendly. Dr E is super, gentle and wonderfully amazing! Cindy the hygienist keeps me entertained with her stories of trave. She also is a very gentle with me, which I appreciate greatly. Thank you all for keeping my smile healthy.

After having awful experiences elsewhere(where they try to shame you into veneers) and finally mustering up the courage to try a new dentist, I stumbled across Lancaster Total Dentistry. I'm incredibly grateful for Adriana. She was understanding of my gap in time since my last cleaning, and didn't shame me for it. She was kind and gentle with my gums, teeth, and heart.
It's uncomfortable admitting the length of time I was absent from my dentist. It's more embarrassing sitting and explaining why. But Adriana made the whole cleaning comfortable, was understanding about my sensitivities, and worked me through everything.
Thank you Adriana! You made a world of difference for me! I won't be skipping my appointments or checkups any longer.

My son came in for a clean today with Adrianne he is autistic and has been seeing her for the past several years.
